Common questions
How do I play?
Tap to start, then drag left or right anywhere on the screen. The tunnel turns and the ball rolls on. Do not touch the red blocks. Roll over a boost to use it.
What do the boosts do?
Gold Shield: the ball takes one hit for you. You can hold one shield at a time. Cyan Slow time: three seconds at half speed. Purple Clear: wipes the blocks ahead.
How do I pause?
Tap the pause button in the bottom corner. On iPhone Duo you can also bend the phone half open. The game also pauses when you leave it. Tap to go on: a 3, 2, 1 count gives you time to get ready.
How do I play against my friends?
Sign in to Game Center in the Settings app and add your friends there. Every run you finish goes to the Twist Tunnel leaderboard. In the game, open Records and tap Game Center leaderboard to see your friends' best distances next to yours.
Which iPhones does it run on?
Any iPhone with iOS 27 or later. On iPhone Duo the game follows you as you fold and open the phone.
Do I need the internet?
No. The game plays offline. Game Center needs a connection to send your scores; until then they wait on your iPhone.
My score is not on the Game Center leaderboard
Check that you are signed in to Game Center in the Settings app. A score from a run played while signed out waits on your iPhone and is sent after you sign in and open the game.
How do I turn off the music or vibration?
Open Settings on the start screen. Music, sound effects and vibration each have a switch. You can also reset your records there.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-in, and the game does not collect personal data. See the Privacy Policy.
