Privacy Policy
Who we are
Midnight Signal is developed by Damian Glasek (“we”). For any privacy question, write to [email protected].
Data the app collects
None. The app does not send any information off your device. It contains no third-party SDKs, analytics, crash-reporting or advertising frameworks, and it does not use any identifier to track you across apps or websites.
Data stored on your device
To work as a music player, the app keeps the following only on your device, inside its own private storage:
- audio files you choose to import, and artwork read from them;
- your library, albums and playlists;
- your settings (skin, interface sounds, pixel-art level).
We have no access to any of it. The app only reads files you explicitly pick in the system file picker. It does not ask for access to your contacts, photos, location, microphone, camera or music library.
Retention and deletion
Everything above stays on your device until you remove it. You can delete tracks and playlists inside the app, and deleting the app removes all of its data. If your device backups are enabled, iOS may include this data in your own iCloud or computer backup, which is governed by Apple’s privacy policy, not ours.
Third parties
We share no data with third parties because we have none. Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymous App Store statistics and, if you opt in on your device, crash reports; this is handled under Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or erase. If you are in the EU/EEA you still have the right to contact us and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Poland: Prezes UODO).
Changes
If a future version of the app starts handling data differently, this page will be updated before that version is released, and the effective date above will change.
